This light or dark (Traditional) roasted Organic Tie Guan Yin series are made from Tie Guan Yin trees at high elevation mountain in Anxi, Fujian, China, the origin of Tie Guan Yin. The tea trees are drip-irrigated with mountain spring water. The tea leaves are hand-plucked, hand-rolled and hand-picked. The result of this hand-made process is premium Tie Guan Yin with natural orchid-like aroma and sweet aftertaste. The water from our tea farm comes from natural mountain spring, 8 miles from our farm. The spring water is then distributed to tea trees through drip irrigation system, which keeps tea trees moist and at the same time significantly conserve water. This is the middle level Tie Guan Yin from our Tie Guan Yin Tea series. Try this and see how this fresh and fragrant Tie Guan Yin differs from other Tie Guan Yin you have had.
